    • Continue to stay hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes to flush out remaining toxins.

    • Avoid makeup for the majority of the day (we want the skin to breathe).

    • If appointment is in the morning, cleanse face with gentle cleanser & apply a gentle oil or moisturizer. If appointment is in the evening, it is okay to sleep in the product.

  • 2-4 weeks is a beautiful timeframe to really see results and help aid in pain management. We are training the muscles in the face to relax — this will help prevent headaches, TMJ, sinus issues, neck & shoulder discomfort.

  • Muscles in the face may feel tender and sore. We are using firm pressure while massaging the face. Skin may be flushed as well, this is not a concern. We are increasing blood circulation and oxygen in the skin.

  • Drink lots and lots of water to help continue flush out toxins. Limit salt and sugar intake. Keep skin hydrated with a facial oil or balm. Wearing sunscreen is key.
