Take it easy. You will feel incredibly grounded and relaxed.
Continue to stay hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes to flush out remaining toxins.
Avoid makeup for the majority of the day (we want the skin to breathe).
If appointment is in the morning, cleanse face with gentle cleanser & apply a gentle oil or moisturizer. If appointment is in the evening, it is okay to sleep in the product.

2-4 weeks is a beautiful timeframe to really see results and help aid in pain management. We are training the muscles in the face to relax — this will help prevent headaches, TMJ, sinus issues, neck & shoulder discomfort.

Muscles in the face may feel tender and sore. We are using firm pressure while massaging the face. Skin may be flushed as well, this is not a concern. We are increasing blood circulation and oxygen in the skin.

Drink lots and lots of water to help continue flush out toxins. Limit salt and sugar intake. Keep skin hydrated with a facial oil or balm. Wearing sunscreen is key.
