Ela Ropek, RN, BSN
Ela is a Registered Nurse and yoga teacher specializing in fascia-first, somatic facial therapy.
Her work blends clinical precision with intuitive, mindful touch—supporting visible skin health while also regulating the nervous system.
Somatic therapy means working with the body rather than on it. It recognizes that the face, fascia, breath, and nervous system are deeply interconnected—and that true transformation happens when the body feels safe, supported, and present. Instead of forcing change, somatic work invites the nervous system to soften, allowing natural release, circulation, and balance to occur.
With a background in dermatology, plastic surgery nursing, and surgical hair restoration, Ela brings a strong medical foundation to every treatment. Her first professional facial training in 2024 was in the JU-ENE Somatic Face Sculpting & Buccal Massage Method, followed by HADADO Japanese Facial Lifting with Akademia SPA Tomasik.
She also completed professional lymphatic massage training for the face and body in a clinical wellness setting.
Breathwork is intentionally woven into each session to support parasympathetic activation, deepen body awareness, and enhance the effectiveness of the work. By addressing fascia, lymphatic flow, and the nervous system together, treatments create results that extend beyond the skin.
Glo by Ela was created as a space where science meets ritual—where safety, precision, and nervous system regulation are just as important as aesthetic outcomes. Each session is designed as a whole-body experience, offering not just a glow, but a sense of clarity, lightness, and deep reset.
